Stir-fried shrimp in typhoon shelter
Overview
We have Taihu Lake here, which has very good freshwater cultured aquatic products, such as big head shrimp, also called Macrobrachium rosenbergii. There are a lot of big head shrimp in the market these days, and the price is also cheap, 25 yuan a pound. I bought 350 grams today, and I made a big portion of typhoon shelter fried shrimp for 18 yuan!
