Appropriate amount of dried tofu shreds.

Soak in boiling water for 8 to 10 minutes.

Soak shredded tofu and rinse with cold water several times.

Cut snow peas into thin strips.

Garlic, millet and pepper.

Put shredded tofu in a basin.
