Cut the ribs into pieces and soak them in water to remove the blood.

Peel the taro and cut into small cubes

Slightly soak the taro cubes in water

Add appropriate amount of cooking wine, starch, and black pepper to the pork ribs, and knead evenly

Make the sauce. Pour a small amount of beer, water (it would be better if there is stock), appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence in a small bowl.

Plating. Place the taro on the top layer and the ribs on top so that the soup from the ribs can flow onto the taro. Prepare a steamer, boil the water and steam over high heat for 30 minutes.

Sprinkle some chopped green onion as decoration and it’s done
