Dried prunes, vegetables and meat pancakes
Overview
I really like the taste of prunes, and I want to try them for a long time. I remember that the streets in Wuhan are full of big prune pancakes, which are crispy and fragrant. Sometimes I like to make dough at home, and sometimes I don’t need to make it. Anyway, it’s delicious.

Steps
-
Add 5 grams of salt, yeast powder and water to the flour. Knead the dough and ferment it for 40 minutes.
-
Soak the prunes in advance and chop into small pieces. Use a wok to stir-fry to remove the water. Then add some cooking oil and stir-fry evenly. Dish out.
-
Chop the pork, add minced ginger, chopped green onion, and then add prunes. Add salt, a little sugar, light soy sauce, and oyster sauce to taste, stir evenly and set aside.
-
Knead the risen dough into a ball and divide it into small balls. Roll it out like a bun, then use a rolling pin to roll it out thinly.
-
Heat the pancake on the electric pan and pour appropriate amount of cooking oil. Fry until both sides are golden brown and serve (bake them in the oven for a crispier texture).
