Stir evenly, add three grams of yeast and stir evenly

Add 100 grams of plain flour, 100 grams of corn flour, and 100 grams of whole wheat flour, and mix evenly with a spatula.

Close the lid and wait.

Let rise until bubbles are filled.

Chop appropriate amount of cranberries.

Add 25 grams of chopped cranberries and mix well with the dough.

Take an eight-inch mold and apply oil on the surface.

Transfer the mixed dough into the mold and smooth it out with a spatula dipped in water.

Wait for secondary fermentation. The fermented dough will have many bubbles in the middle. Pick it up carefully and do not touch it to prevent deflation.

Pour cold water into the steamer. After the water boils, steam for half an hour

Remove from pan and let cool.

Let cool and cut into pieces.

If you don’t like adding cranberries inside, you can put them on the surface.
