Soak the vermicelli in boiling water, chop the garlic and green onion (put more garlic)

Wash the enoki mushrooms and chop them into pieces

Put the soaked vermicelli at the bottom of the bowl

Put the enoki mushrooms on top

Heat oil in a pan, add minced garlic and green onion and stir-fry until fragrant. (If you like spicy food, add some chili pepper.) Add salt and soy sauce according to your taste. Stir-fry until it pours on the enoki mushrooms

Put it on the steamer and let it boil for ten minutes
