finger biscuits
Overview
Children’s Day is coming soon, and my little kid who is not too young also wants something delicious! The finger biscuits are crunchy and delicious and can be eaten directly; they can also be used as decoration for tiramisu or other cakes.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Place 3 egg yolks and 2 egg whites in a mixing bowl;
-
Add 20 grams of caster sugar to the egg yolks, and then drop in vanilla extract;
-
Beat the egg yolks with a whisk until thick and light in color;
-
Use a whisk to beat the egg whites until they reach rough peaks, then add 35 grams of fine sugar in batches and beat the egg whites until they become dry peaks;
-
Take half of the egg white and put it into the egg yolk paste, then sift in half of the low-gluten flour and mix evenly;
-
Then pour in the remaining egg whites and cake flour;
-
Mix well to form a thick batter;
-
Install the piping tape into a medium-sized round hole nozzle, and then fill in the batter;
-
Squeeze out a long strip on the baking sheet (the batter is not easy to control, so you have to squeeze it out slowly)
-
Put the squeezed batter into the preheated oven at 190 degrees and bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
