Fish head powder
Overview
This is a stew. The main ingredient is carp head stewed with vermicelli. (I also put the fish tail in.) Because carp head is relatively small, it would be a pity to discard it, so it is stewed with vermicelli to make a home-cooked dish. The vermicelli tastes good and is worth a try.

Main and auxiliary ingredients: clean carp head, fish tail, vermicelli Seasoning: oil, salt, monosodium glutamate, cooking wine, vinegar, light soy sauce, green onion and ginger

Soak the vermicelli in advance. Chop the onion and ginger

Heat oil in a pan, add onions and ginger and saute until fragrant.

Add the fish head and tail and fry over high heat for 1 minute without turning over. Cook in vinegar and cooking wine successively.

After the excess water evaporates, cook in the light soy sauce. Add appropriate amount of water.

Add the soaked vermicelli.

After boiling, add salt to taste. Simmer for about 5 minutes until the vermicelli is cooked. Add MSG for freshness and turn off the heat.

Remove from the pan, plate, garnish and serve.
