Stir-fried kale with bacon
Overview
Taking advantage of the good weather, I baked two batches of bacon and sausages in succession. I made them at home, which was clean, hygienic and delicious.

Peel and slice bacon.

Wash kale and cut into sections.

Finely mince garlic.

Heat oil in pan and sauté garlic until fragrant.

Fry the fattened bacon to release the oil.

Add the leaner bacon and stir-fry.

Add kale and fry.

Add salt, sugar and cooking wine and stir-fry. (When my grandma stir-fried kale when I was a kid, she would always sprinkle some cooking wine on it to add flavor.)

Stir-fry until the kale is cooked through.
