Wash the whole fish and drain the water, rub it evenly with salt and marinate it for a while.

Cut half the green onions into sections and half into thin strips, and slice the ginger.

Place some ginger slices on the bottom of the plate.

Arrange the fish, then place the remaining ginger slices and green onion slices on top of the fish.

Place in a steamer, bring to a boil over high heat, cover and steam for 10 minutes.

Throw away the browned steamed portions.

Add the steamed fish soy sauce, put the shredded green onions, heat the oil in the pot, and pour the oil on top.
