Shrimp skin and vegetable taro soup
Overview
I used to eat taro soup in restaurants with green vegetables, but this time I added vegetables and dried shrimps, and it tasted even more delicious. Gaicai has a high vitamin content and tastes slightly bitter. But it’s just right in this soup.
