Special tofu
Overview
Tofu has always been my favorite dish. Although it is simple, if it is slightly lacking, it will lose its unique taste. At home, my father likes to eat the tofu I make the most. This is also the result of my own efforts, and it feels so rewarding.

Prepare tofu, red pepper, lean meat, and green onions.

Cut the tofu into cubes, chop the peppers, lean meat, and green onions.

Pour oil into the pan, heat it up, and fry the tofu over medium heat until the surface turns slightly brown.

Fry the tofu and set aside.

Pour off excess oil, add red pepper, meat, add salt and fry for one minute, add dark soy sauce and fry for another half minute.

Pour in the fried tofu.

Stir-fry for two minutes, add chicken essence and stir-fry for another minute.

Sprinkle with green onions and serve.
