Rice cooker version of tomato sauce tofu box
Overview
This tofu box with tomato sauce is rich in texture. Tomato juice wraps the tofu, and the sweet and sour taste is most popular among children. Prepare ingredients: Northern tofu: 600g, meat filling: 150g, sweet noodle sauce: 3 spoons, tomato sauce: 3 spoons, soy sauce: 2 spoons, cooking wine: 2 spoons, salt: 4 grams, green onion: 1 section, ginger: 1 piece.

Prepare the meat filling and set aside.

Cut the tofu into slices about 1cm thick and put a layer of meat filling on top.

Place another piece of tofu on top and dip all sides into the starch paste.

Fry the tofu box until golden brown on both sides and all sides.

Place the scallions into the bottom of the pot.

Place the tofu boxes on top.

Pour in all the seasonings, and add an appropriate amount of water according to the situation. It is advisable that the total amount of water covers half of the tofu box. Start the "cooking" function of the rice cooker and select "cook" or "soft and glutinous". After a program ends, check how it absorbs the soup. If necessary, you can start the "cooking" function again and select "Quick Cook" for 5-10 minutes to stop the program.
