Add an egg to the pork stuffing, add chopped green onion and ginger, a little rice wine, salt, pepper, and a little chicken powder and mix well.

Bring a small pot of water to a boil. Add the meatballs and cook them first. Add some green onions to the soup to remove the fishy smell and increase the aroma.

In another pot, fry the tomatoes and potato slices to stir out the tomato juice.

When the meatballs are ripe and floating, pour the fried potatoes and tomatoes into the small pot where the meatballs are cooked.

Cook for a few more minutes, add salt and chicken powder to taste!

Finished product, sprinkle with chopped coriander for extra flavor!
