Wash the crucian carp and set aside. Ingredients: ginger, garlic, and pepper cut into rings as shown: (I prepared perilla. If you are not used to it, you can sprinkle with chopped green onion instead after taking it out of the pot)

Heat an appropriate amount of oil in a pan, add the drained crucian carp and fry over medium heat until both sides are brown.

Add ginger, garlic, green, red pepper, soy sauce and vinegar in turn, continue to fry for a while, then add half a bowl of water, cover the pot and simmer to reduce the juice (medium heat)
