Radish pork ribs soup
Overview
Stewed pork ribs with radish is the most classic soup. This is also my mother’s taste. 520. I really want to go home and stew a soup for my family.

Rinse the ribs with clean water, soak once and change the water two or three times.

Pour warm water into a pot, add ginger slices, blanch the ribs, and then rinse with warm water to remove the foam.

Peel the white radish and cut into cubes of even size.

Add ingredients and water to the pot. It should not be too full.

Put in the oven, 200 degrees, bottom layer. 90 minutes, turn 110 degrees to end after 30 minutes.
