Break the dark chocolate into small pieces

Cut butter into small pieces

Heat over water until dissolved into a liquid state (occasionally use a microwave oven). After taking it out, cool it to about 30℃ (not hot to your hands).

Take another large bowl, break in the eggs (take them out and let them warm beforehand), and beat them up. Don't make too much foam.

Pour caster sugar and salt into the beaten eggs and mix evenly.

Add a few drops of vanilla extract and mix well.

Pour the butter-chocolate mixture into the 3 mixture and mix well.

Sift in the high-gluten flour and mix evenly with a rubber spatula. The brownie batter is basically complete.

Add chopped walnuts to the brownie batter and mix again.

Fold the four sides of A4 paper to make a rectangular cake mold, line it with tin foil, and pour the brownie batter into it
