Rinse sauerkraut 5 times in water, or soak it before eating

Cut the garlic, ginger and pepper into small pieces. The pepper added is not spicy, mainly to enhance the flavor

Put a little oil in the pot, stir-fry the garlic, ginger and chili until the flavor develops. Add the chopped sauerkraut, stir-fry for 2 minutes and set aside.

Put oil in the pot, add ginger slices, fish pieces, turn over and fry, you can fry it or not
