Crystal Double Potato Cake
Overview
Recently, I like to indulge in delicious food and myself. When I get home from get off work in the evening, I want to do something. I’m so busy that it’s eleven or twelve o’clock. I made double potato cake again tonight! Playing with mooncake molds is my favorite thing to do these days!

Clear flour, cornstarch, hot water, and make a good dough!

Sweet potato puree and purple potato puree make the filling! (Sweet potatoes and purple potatoes are made from glutinous rice flour, sugar and water, see my last recipe)!

Take about 25 grams of white dough and knead it into a thin crust!

Put down the mashed potato filling, wrap it up and roll it into a ball!

Roll in a circle of flour!

Grease the mold with a thin layer of oil (you can leave it alone), put the stuffed dough in, and flatten it gently!

Press it out gently!

Put it in the steamer and steam it for twenty to thirty minutes!

There was some leftover double potato puree, so I made some extra double potato cakes!
