Soak the dates for an hour in advance.

Remove the pits from the soaked jujubes.

Put it into the wall breaking machine and add 300 grams of purified water.

Start the stirring program for about 1 minute and 30 seconds.

The delicate jujube paste is ready.

Put the beaten jujube puree into a non-stick pan and simmer slowly over low heat.

The color will get darker and darker.

Cook until thick and turns dark brown.

Prepare 30 grams of cooking oil and pour it into the date paste five times.
