  1. Cut the skin-on pork belly into small pieces and set aside

  3. Put the pork belly in a pot under cold water and boil the water for a few minutes to remove the blood. Add cooking wine to remove the fishy smell

  5. When the sugar turns brown, add the ingredients to the pot and stir-fry until fragrant, then add the meat

  6. Stir-fry the meat until it is slightly browned, then add an appropriate amount of light soy sauce and dark soy sauce and continue to stir-fry

  7. After the meat is fully browned, add water and bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer
