Wash and process the pork belly with a ratio of 2:8 fat to lean and make it into a meat filling.

Wash the shepherd's purse, blanch it in boiling water, squeeze out excess water and chop into small pieces.

Chop onion and ginger into mince.

Put the above prepared ingredients into a container, add rice wine, salt, and chicken essence and mix evenly, and the filling is complete.

Cut the tofu clothes into appropriate sizes. I cut the whole tofu clothes into 4 pieces.

Take a piece of tofu clothing and put appropriate amount of stuffing on it.

Roll up diagonally and wrap tightly.
