I envy people who can eat anything and not gain weight. I am prone to obesity, so in order to control my weight, I usually choose to eat some light and easy-to-digest soups for dinner. Wash, peel and cut the winter melon into small pieces. Wash, peel and head the shrimps. Chop the shrimp threads into small pieces. Put them in a container and marinate them with salt, cooking wine, pepper and a little starch for 10 minutes. Chop green onions and set aside
