Steps
-
Wash the ribs, chop them into small pieces (ask the store to handle it when you buy it), marinate with cooking wine for ten minutes, then add salt, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil for half an hour. (I usually marinate it in the refrigerator for a day and night before making it. The rice made this way is very delicious!)
-
Wash the peas, blanch them in boiling water for one minute and then rinse them under cold water.
-
Rinse and drain the rice and set aside.
-
Soak the dried mushrooms in warm water and chop them into small pieces.
-
Add a little oil to the pan, brown the ribs slightly, add the mushrooms and stir-fry until fragrant, then add the peas and rice and stir-fry for two minutes and turn off the heat.
-
Move the fried ingredients to the electric pressure cooker (you can also use a rice cooker), press the usual cooking button, and wait for the meal to start!
