Wash the dried soybeans and soak them in water for about 12 hours. (Take the standard capacity of 1.2 and 1.3L household soybean milk machines as an example. Wash 150 grams of dried soybeans and soak them in cold water for 6 to 8 hours in summer and 10 to 14 hours in winter. Do not over-soak.)

Take out the soaked soybeans and mix with 1300ml of water to make soy milk. ()

Filter the soy milk through filter cloth. Put the filtered soy milk into the pot and boil.

Let the cooked soy milk cool for a while. At the same time, dissolve 3 grams of glucolactone in 30 ml of water.

Pour the dissolved glucolactone into the container. Preferably a container that can be sealed. Then slowly pour in the cooked soy milk. and mix well. Cover it and wait for 20 minutes. While waiting, you can make your own juice and add it to the tofu.

Serve after 20 minutes. Put whatever flavor of juice you like, it's up to you.
