Prepare ingredients.

Remove bones from chicken legs.

Cut into smaller pieces again.

Add appropriate amount of ginger juice.

Add New Orleans chicken powder and oyster sauce for seasoning.

Mix the seasonings evenly and marinate for 6 hours.

Wash the bamboo skewers and soak them for 10 minutes.

String the chicken pieces together.

The skewers look good.

Arrange on baking sheet.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Preheat and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.

After baking for about 15 minutes, take out the chicken legs, brush a layer of honey on the surface of the chicken legs, put them back in the oven, and bake until cooked.
