Wash all the ingredients. Cut the pork belly slices into small pieces of about 1 cm. Cut the dried tofu into the size you like. Knot the onion and slice the ginger. Set aside

Heat the pan and put the pork belly in. Stir-fry a little bit of oil and it will turn a little brown. Then add the ginger slices and stir-fry
-
Then add water to cover the pork belly in the pot, add dried tofu, scallions, rock sugar, and 4 tablespoons of light soy sauce. Cover and cook over medium heat for about 20 minutes
-
Then reduce the juice over high heat and wait until the juice is almost dry. Add dark soy sauce to adjust the color and serve. (I found a leftover hot pepper in the kitchen from yesterday, so I threw it in together. This can be used without it 😂😂😂)
