Black whole wheat rolls
Overview
It’s the first time I’ve eaten black whole wheat. It’s soft, fragrant and especially delicious. It’s definitely more nutritious than white flour.

Ingredients
Steps
-
grams of black whole wheat flour and 200 grams of ordinary flour.
-
grams of yeast.
-
Add 150ml of cold water and mix into a dough.
-
Leave in the refrigerator to ferment overnight.
-
The noodles were very cold when I took them out in the morning, and they became soft after kneading them for a while.
-
Roll out the kneaded dough into a large piece and apply a layer of oil.
-
Then sprinkle with a little salt and a layer of flour.
-
Roll it up, cut it into sections, and twist it randomly to make various types of flower rolls.
-
Put it in the pot for secondary fermentation, 20 to 30 minutes. The longer it takes to rise, the softer it will be. When the time is up, light the fire and steam for 15 to 20 minutes after the water in the pot boils. Open the lid after two minutes after turning off the heat.
-
Steamed.

The black whole wheat flower rolls are particularly delicious.
