Appetizer stir-fry
Overview
Stir-fry dishes are the most popular home-cooked dishes because they are quick, delicious and easy to make. For office workers, cooking a small stir-fry after get off work is healthier, nutritious and delicious than eating outside, and also provides a sense of accomplishment. The appetizer stir-fry I’m sharing today includes pork, green peppers, and carrots, a simple dish that can be stored. An air fryer makes cooking after get off work a pleasure.

Wash and slice the pork, mix with oil, salt and soy sauce and marinate for 2 minutes;

Peel and slice the carrots, remove the stems and seeds of the green peppers and cut them into pieces with a hob, shred the ginger, and dice the green onions;

Put the marinated meat slices on the plate and sprinkle with shredded ginger;
