Overview
The sweet Beijing melon is sweet and noodles when eaten steamed. I have always wanted to use pumpkin to make pasta. I had time today and I still have a piece of Beijing melon at home, so I made it. Unexpectedly, the hair cake made with pumpkin has a delicate quality and a soft taste.
