Overview
Tremella fungus and black fungus all belong to the colloidal fungi and are rich in protein and polysaccharides. Tremella fuciformis focuses on nourishing the lungs, while black fungus focuses on nourishing the kidneys. A handful of fungus, a handful of white fungus (soaked 1 hour in advance), 4 lettuce leaves, and half a head of garlic.

Wash the lettuce, cut into inches, blanch for a while, cool and set aside.

Slice the garlic, blanch the fungus in water for 1 minute, scald the white fungus, let cool and set aside.
