Overview
I have always liked beef porridge, but I always ate it at porridge restaurants outside. I wanted to try it myself today, but my husband said it tasted better than outside. Hehe, it seems pretty good.

Prepare the ingredients, beef, lettuce tips, ginger, pearl rice, green onions

Chop the beef into minced meat, shred the ginger, add salt and pepper and marinate for 5 minutes.

Soak rice for 1 hour and set aside
