Overview

The last time I went out to play, I ate at a farmhouse, and one of the dishes included this dish. It's not often that pumpkin and fish are cooked together, but the freshness of the fish and the sweetness of the pumpkin blend together, which is quite unique. When I got home, I looked in the refrigerator and saw that the ingredients were all there, so let’s start. The recipe is also very simple

  1. The river fish is pre-fried semi-dried, sliced ginger, and peeled garlic

  2. Tender pumpkin cut into cubes

  3. Put oil in the pot, add the river fish, ginger and garlic and stir-fry over low heat

  4. Add salt, cooking wine and light soy sauce to remove the fishy smell

  5. Add appropriate amount of hot water and cook for 2 minutes
