Sweet Potato Hanaki
Overview
I like the sweetness of sweet potatoes, so I often steam them and cook porridge with them. This time, I used a combination of sweet potatoes and wheat flour to steam a two-color auspicious cloud flower roll. It is not only beautiful, but also very auspicious and pleasing. This Hanamaki is also delicious and tastes better than ordinary Hanamaki. Thanks to the rich nutrition and therapeutic effects of sweet potatoes, this Hanamaki is also very healthy.
