Soak black fungus in warm water.

Wash to remove impurities and tear into small pieces. After boiling for a while, put in cold boiling water, then drain and set aside. (I forgot to take pictures at this step of drinking water)

Wash the cucumber and peel off part of the skin. (You can also peel off all the skin, but I think it looks better when only peeling part of it into a dish)

Wash the celery tips (leaves) and coriander and cut them into small sections. Cut the soaked pepper into short sections and chop the garlic cloves into rice.
