As a novice in baking, I wanted to start with a simple cake roll, but I was not sure about the oven temperament, but I finally succeeded.

Add milk, corn oil, and powdered sugar

Sift the cake flour into the plate

Mix into a smooth batter

Add a few drops of lemon juice to the egg whites

Whip egg whites

Just lift the egg beater and the curved hook will stand up

First mix one-third of the egg white into the batter

Cut and mix evenly

Mix all the egg whites and batter evenly

Pour the mixed batter into the mold and preheat the oven

Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes

Take out the baking pan and place it upside down on the grill grid,

After it cools down, I should roll it up with oil paper, but I really don’t have any oil paper anymore, and a fresh-keeping bag is also suitable
