Purple Sweet Potato Scones

I don’t usually make many scones, but compared to the ones I made before, I am most satisfied with the purple sweet potato scones this time!

Prepare ingredients, dry purple sweet potato and cut into small pieces, soak in fruit wine for 30 minutes and then dry

Put the butter and butter cookie mix together and mix well, then add the yogurt

Mix the powder and yogurt evenly

Throw in purple sweet potato kernels

After mixing, refrigerate for more than 1 hour

Roll out the chilled dough into large pieces

Cover both sides of the dough sheet in the middle to form three layers, then roll out a large piece, repeat this step 3 times

Roll the dough that has been folded three times into a 1.5CM thick sheet

Use a cookie cutter to press out the cookie dough

Spread the egg wash

Heat the electric oven at 170 degrees and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes
