Five rapeseeds, cut in half and remove the leaves, clean and set aside

Cut three chicken legs with a knife until the skin, meat and bones are completely separated

Cut the chicken legs into strips, add a little light soy sauce, chicken powder, black pepper powder, cornstarch, and a spoonful of peanut oil and marinate for 20 minutes
