When I was visiting the supermarket, I accidentally discovered that this famous dried tofu is very strong and delicious, so I thought it would be delicious when mixed with cold sauce. Sure enough, it is really delicious when mixed. I personally feel that it is more fragrant than various finished bagged dried tofu sold in supermarkets
