Peanut Nougat
Overview
Nougat, also known as meringue, is a semi-soft candy made from egg whites, syrups, nuts, etc. through aeration. Nowadays, many people use marshmallows to make nougat, and the ingredients are simple and convenient. I made this peanut nougat today and it was so delicious. My parents and colleagues all said it was delicious and even better than the ones sold outside.
