  1. Wash the Chinese cabbage and cut into chopstick-thick strips.

  2. Cut the tofu into thick slices as thick as your fingers. Fry both sides until golden brown and set aside.

  4. Heat oil in a pan, sauté onion and dried chili until fragrant, add half a tsp of pepper and sauté until fragrant, add cabbage strips, stir-fry a few times and add a tsp and a half of salt

  5. Fry the cabbage strips until soft and release the water, add one spoonful of soy sauce and one spoonful of oil.

  6. Use oil and stir-fry evenly, add tofu strips, stir-fry evenly, then cover the pot and simmer on low heat for 3 minutes.
