Kung Pao Chicken is a famous dish. Using wild rice instead of diced chicken brings out the sweet and spicy flavor of Kung Pao. It goes well with rice!

Wash the wild rice, remove the hard skin, cut into small cubes and set aside, and cut the green onion into small sections for later use;

Pour oil into the pot, add seasonings, diced wild rice dices and water in sequence (except vinegar and peanuts for cooking);
