Prepare the ingredients, wash and dry the chicken.

Cut chicken into thicker strips.

Add cornstarch and a little salt, mix well, and marinate for more than 20 minutes.

Coat chicken evenly in flour.

Pour oil into the pan until it is 70% hot, turn to medium heat, fry the chicken strips one by one until the color turns slightly yellow, take them out, and finally put them all into the pan and fry them again.

Drain the oil and set aside.

Leave the base oil in the pot, add tomato paste, sugar, and a small amount of water. After it boils until it bubbles, add water starch to make a slightly thicker sauce.
