Ingredients
Steps
-
Soak the gelatine in water for about ten minutes.
-
Soak the red beans an hour in advance.
-
Dissolve 3 tablespoons of instant coffee with water.
-
Mix a 250ml pack of milk with the coffee you just brewed and heat over low heat.
-
Stir evenly until the milk coffee bubbles.
-
Remove the soaked gelatine and put it into the milk coffee.
-
Stir until melted, pour into a bowl, let it sit at room temperature, then refrigerate for three hours to make coffee custard.
-
Now to cook the pearls, boil a pot of water and add the pearls (I chose brown sugar pearls).
-
After the fire comes to a boil again, reduce the heat to the minimum and cook for half an hour. Turn off the heat and continue to simmer for half an hour.
-
Remove the cooked pearls, drain them, and cool to room temperature. Set aside.
-
Black tea bag, add 200ml of water.
-
After boiling, reduce heat and simmer for three minutes, then turn off heat and simmer for five minutes.
-
Add another 250ml packet of milk.
-
Add a little sugar.
-
Stir well and cook over low heat until bubbling.
-
Add a little condensed milk, continue to stir evenly, turn off the heat and set aside.
-
Add just enough water to cover the red beans, put it into the pressure cooker, and put it on steam for 25 minutes.
-
Pressed red beans.
-
Add a little white sugar (this amount is not included in the ingredient list, because you can choose to make more red beans, and it can be paired with milk tea, taro balls or other desserts).
-
Milk jelly, pearls, and milk tea are all ready.
-
Prepare the cup and add a little brown sugar to the bottom layer.
-
Add pearls and mix well.
-
Add custard and red beans.
-
Pour in the milk tea, and this cup of milk tea with lots of red beans is ready.
