Peel and slice the pork belly, no need to cut too thin.

Add durian paste, salt, black pepper, sugar, oyster sauce, cooking wine, light soy sauce, shredded ginger and minced garlic to the meat slices.

Mix well and marinate for 2 hours.

Place it on a baking sheet lined with tin foil and bake at 200 degrees for 10 minutes. Flip and bake at 230 degrees for another 15 minutes. Eat with lettuce for a refreshing meal!
