Fish-flavored shredded pork
Overview
I don’t have bean paste at home, so I didn’t add it. My son said it was the first time he had eaten such a dish. It was sour and delicious. He told me to make it next time^_^. I am incompetent in taking pictures, I will have to learn more in the future.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare the ingredients, cut the pork into strips, shred the carrots, shred the fungus after it is watered, shred the green pepper, and mince the ginger and garlic;
-
Marinate the pork with a little salt, starch and cooking wine for 10 minutes;
-
Use appropriate amount of starch, sugar, salt, soy sauce, vinegar and half a bowl of water to make a sauce and set aside;
-
Drain the shredded carrots and take them out for later use;
-
Heat oil in a pan, quickly fry the pork shreds until white, add minced ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant;
-
Pour in shredded carrots and stir-fry for half a minute;
-
Continue to add shredded fungus and green pepper, stir-fry until cooked;
-
Finally pour in the sauce and stir-fry evenly. (I tried the taste at this time and if it felt a little sour, I put some more sugar in it.)
