Prepare the ingredients.

Clean and steam the hairy crabs.

Remove the crab meat and crab paste.

Cut the tofu into cubes and boil in water.

Heat the oil in the pan and stir-fry the shallots and ginger.

Add crabmeal.

Stir-fry over low heat for ten seconds.

Add water, tofu, sugar and salt and bring to a boil.

Pour in water starch, mix well and bring to a boil.

Pour in the egg liquid, mix well and bring to a boil.

Finally, sprinkle some chopped green onion and pepper and mix well.
