  1. Soak the fungus in warm water, clean and set aside

  2. Wash onions and cut into small pieces

  3. Peel, wash and cut carrots into slices and set aside

  4. Blanch the pork belly and cut into thin slices and set aside

  5. Smash the garlic and set aside

  6. Pour an appropriate amount of peanut oil into a hot pan, add garlic cloves and stir-fry

  7. Add pork belly and stir-fry until golden brown

  8. Add onions and carrots and stir-fry for a while

  9. Add the fungus and stir-fry evenly, add an appropriate amount of salt and a little hot water and simmer for about three minutes
