Patterned Bean Paste Bread
Overview
Bread is prepared in different ways. Today, this family version of bread has changed from the previous single styles: square, long, and round. Slight changes will make people feel visually and taste buds. This bread is soft, sweet, nutritious, and beautiful, and is deeply loved by family members.

Steps
-
Ingredients: flour, eggs, sugar, milk, salad oil, yeast, salt.
-
Put milk, sugar, 1 egg white (reserve the egg yolk for brushing the bread), salad oil, salt, flour, and yeast into the bread barrel in sequence and press the "Dough Fermentation" button to ferment the dough.
-
Remove the dough from the bread machine and knead it well to remove any air bubbles.
-
Cut into even sizes (I weigh each one individually).
-
Wrap the dough with red bean paste filling (forgot to take a photo) and press it flat (it doesn't have to be too thin, just roll it out and it will be ready).
-
Cut it as many times as you like and lick the end of it into a simple patterned bread.
-
Use the same cutting method, twist the two petals inward at the same time and the pattern will come out (I don’t want to make it any way, so I will make a few cuts and arrange it at will). It is simple and beautiful.
-
Place in the oven for secondary fermentation (place a container under the baking sheet and add hot water to promote rapid fermentation.
-
Put the fermented bread dough (brush with egg yolk when baking for 6 to 8 minutes) and bake in the oven: bake at 170 degrees and 150 degrees for 15 minutes (each oven is different, check the heat at any time and cover with tin foil.
-
Cool the baked bread on a rack.
-
Delicious and good family style bread.
