  1. Preparation materials: bitter melon, bell pepper, dried tofu

  3. Chop garlic into pieces

  4. Blanch the three cut shreds in boiling water for about 5 seconds

  5. Take a bowl and add the very fresh flavor, balsamic vinegar, sugar, pepper oil, sesame oil and garlic and mix well to form a sauce.
